Process Workers - Day Shift (6am to 2pm)

Mission Foods is currently seeking self-motivated, reliable Process Workers to join our Day Shift in the Production team in Epping.
 
Reporting to the Production Supervisor and be responsible for:

• Perform processing operations in connection with the production of food products which may include mixing of raw materials, process & packaging.

• You will be required to operate automatic and semi-automatic machinery in the production of corn, flour and bread products.

• Detect malfunctions through maintaining close monitoring over control indicators and product quality awareness standards.

• Maintain cleanliness of the working area in accordance to established food safety standards. Perform routine quality control duties, grading and packaging of goods.

To be successful in this position you will need to be able to demonstrate:

• Previous experience of at least 2 years in the food manufacturing industry

• Commitment to safe and hygienic work practices

• Good communication and organisational skills

• Ability to work with minimal supervision and to use initiative

• Strong attention to detail

• Commitment to safety

• Own reliable transport
