Planning Assistant

• Running and distributing daily/weekly reports for the wider team as well as ad-hoc projects and reporting
• Analysis and communication around online events
• Assist with preparation of both in-season and post-season reports
• Managing RMS administration for promotions and entering markdowns into AS400
• Communicating to stores around promotions and mark downs
• Management of EANs and allocation to departments

• Experience with Microsoft Excel and general administration 
• Have an analytical mindset and flair for numbers 
• Ability to think laterally and have a proactive approach
• Interested in planning and allocations within retail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment whilst maintaining accuracy 
• Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
