An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate nurse leader to join Knox Private Hospital as our Orthopaedic Services Manager. This newly created leadership role offers the chance to influence, grow and enhance one of Victoria's leading orthopaedic programs while working alongside highly regarded surgeons, multidisciplinary teams and clinical leaders.

About the Role
As the Orthopaedic Services Manager, you will work closely with the Nurse Unit Managers across our Orthopaedic wards to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care throughout the orthopaedic journey.
With a strong focus on evidence-based practice, service optimisation and clinical excellence, you will play a key role in supporting the ongoing growth and strategic direction of orthopaedic services at Knox Private Hospital.
This is a full-time permanent position, working Monday to Friday day shifts.
