WANTED! An experienced Estate Agent with strong listing skills. A determined and experienced Property Lister / Valuer is sought to help increase the number of sales for our client’s Epping based Estate Agency.

The perfect candidate will be capable of securing new instructions, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, competitive estate agency environment.

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join a dynamic independent estate agency in Epping. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your career with a forward-thinking company focused on growth, strong client relationships, and progression.

The ideal candidate will have proven estate agency experience, a strong track record in winning instructions, and the ability to spot and secure valuable business opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Winning new property instructions and growing the sales portfolio
• Conducting property valuations and advising clients on the sales process
• Providing exceptional customer service at all stages
• Making outbound calls and following up on leads to generate business
• Building and maintaining strong local market knowledge
• Identifying opportunities for business growth and maximising revenue
• Working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve targets 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven ability to win property instructions and generate listings
• Strong telephone sales and customer service skills
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Intelligent, quick-witted, and able to work under pressure
• Well-presented and articulate
• Local knowledge of Epping (advantageous)
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car
