What you will be doing.

Located in the Adelaide office, you will be working closely with government agencies, community housing providers, and social impact developers you will deliver high-quality essential housing solutions that create lasting social impact for communities across Victoria and South Australia.

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of social housing and SDA projects

• Establish and maintain disciplined controls across project cost, programme, risk and reporting functions

• Manage AS-based head contracts, variations, EOT’s and commercial risk with confidence

• Build trusted relationships with government, client, consultant and authority stakeholders

• Mentor Project Coordinators, Contract Administrators and Site teams, embedding consistent standards and behaviours

• Drive a culture of equality, safety and continuous improvements across the portfolio

• Support resource planning, sequencing and performance reporting to ensure predictable outcomes

What we need from you.

• 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager within construction

• Strong working knowledge of AS-based contracts, regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements

• Commercially astute, with disciplined approaches to cost control, forecasting and risk management

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders

• Proven leadership capability, with a passion for mentoring others, raising standards and building sustainable systems and processes
