Senior HR Business Partner

The Role 

This senior role is part of a dynamic HR team leading solutions based, strategic and operational support and advice.

A coach to our senior leaders, this role covers the full spectrum of HR, including employee relations, remuneration and benefits, engagement, organisational design, leadership development and DEI. You will be working directly with the executive and be a true partner – our team helps solve real business problems that have a meaningful impact on our people.

We are a hard-working, collaborative and supportive team; we're honest with each other and have a laugh just as quickly as we jump in to help each other out with an issue.

We’re looking for someone with a broad skillset at a senior level, that can turn their hand to employment relations issues as easily as organisational development initiatives. You will be resilient, pragmatic and commercial, and will excel in developing influential relationships at all levels, including the C-suite. Experience in developing material for a Board level audience is desirable.
