Civil Operators, Skilled Labourers & Civil Labourers

We're expanding our team and looking for experienced Civil Operators, Skilled Labourers, and Civil Labourers to join us at various sites across the Mackay Region. Must be local to the Mackay Region. Be part of essential works including bulk earthworks, road maintenance, drainage, and site rehabilitation.

Civil Operators

• Operate excavators, graders, dozers, rollers, moxy, skid steers, backhoes, and other civil plant equipment

• Perform bulk earthworks, drainage, roadworks

• Conduct pre-start checks, basic maintenance, and safe machine operation

• Work efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining safety standards

Skilled Labourers

• Advanced drainage, and civil construction works

• Assist with set-out, reading plans, and final trim support

• Operate small plant and work confidently with minimal supervision

• Bring strong civil experience and help maintain site productivity and safety

Civil Labourers

• General labouring, assist with site preparation, drainage, and road construction works

• Support operators and supervisors with daily site tasks

• Follow instructions and work effectively within a team environment

You’ll Also Need

• Local to the Mackay Region essential

• Operators to have previous experience operating plant in civil construction

• Skilled Labourers to have proven civil construction experience

• Valid Australian Driver’s Licence

• Final trim experience highly regarded

• Relevant RII tickets

• White Card

• Strong safety focus and teamwork attitude
