We're seeking a motivated and experienced Electrician to join our WA Maintenance Team based in Kwinana Beach. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced industrial environment where no two days are the same. You'll play a key role in keeping our operations running safely, efficiently and reliably while working alongside a supportive and experienced team.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Responding to plant and equipment breakdowns, troubleshooting faults and restoring operations quickly and safely.Leading and coordinating a small team while working with limited supervision.Performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance across site assets.Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults on industrial plant and equipment.Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and reduce downtime.Working closely with operations, maintenance teams and contractors to deliver safe and efficient outcomes.Promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with company procedures and legislative requirements.

To Be Successful In This Opportunity, You Will Have

Electrical trade qualifications with industrial maintenance experience.Proven experience within an industrial, manufacturing or mining environment.Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting capabilities.Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, plant and machinery.Experience working collaboratively with internal teams and contractors.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.A genuine commitment to safety and workplace compliance.A current driver's licence.Flexibility to work overtime when required.
