As a part of our Professional Services team, you’ll be instrumental in delivering tailored solutions that empower healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care.
What You’ll Be Doing:Implementing and supporting technical customer solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing IT environments.Providing Level 2 support (on-site and remote) across the product lifecycle to resolve technical challenges.Managing your project tasks to ensure timely delivery and maintaining strong customer satisfaction.Creating and maintaining high-quality documentation for traceability and long-term serviceability of deployed systems.Conducting on-site installation and system health checks.

About YouYou hold a tertiary qualification in System Engineering, Application Engineering, or a related discipline, with proven experience in a Systems Engineering or equivalent technical role. Familiarity with Ascom solutions is a plus, but if you're a fast learner and a tech problem-solver, we’d love to hear from you.Additionally, you will also be able to:Travel within the ANZ region.Hold a valid driver's license as this position comes with a company car.Enjoy and excel at conducting on-site installations and comfortable in using tools as part of your role.
