About the Role

We are looking for energetic, friendly, and customer-focused people to join the Powerhouse Retail team. As a Senior Retail Sales Team Member, you will create a welcoming and engaging shopping experience, helping customers discover products, sharing your product knowledge and providing friendly, confident service. You will process sales and transactions, maintain store presentation, replenish stock and support day-to-day retail operations across Powerhouse stores and pop-ups. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where every day is different and flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays, is required.

 

About You

You are someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and creating positive customer experiences. You bring warmth, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude to every interaction, and thrive in a busy retail environment. You are reliable, organised and comfortable working as part of a team, while also taking initiative when needed. You have strong communication skills, an interest in products and retail, and are confident learning new systems and processes. Experience in retail, hospitality, visitor experience or customer service is helpful, as is an interest in design, culture, museums or creative industries.
