Field Service Technician

Based out of our Guildford workshop, you'll service customers across the Perth metro area and travel to regional sites when required.

What You'll Do

• Service, diagnose and repair Volvo Wheel Loaders, Articulated Haulers, Excavators and more.

• Work autonomously in the field, troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues efficiently.

• Complete accurate reports and daily field service records.

• Utilise advanced diagnostic systems and parts catalogues.

• Deliver high-quality workmanship while maintaining a strong safety focus.

What You'll Bring

• Cert III Mobile Plant Technology or equivalent.

• Valid driver's licence (HR preferred).

• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.

• Confident communication and excellent customer service.

• A willingness to work after-hours and weekends, and travel to regional sites when required (penalties and relevant allowances apply)

• A motivated, self-driven approach and commitment to getting the job done.

• Volvo Construction Equipment experience is advantageous but not essential.
