Tyre Fitter & Wheel Aligner

The opportunity

Bill Robertson Toyota is seeking an experienced Tyre Fitter to join our team in Gladstone, QLD. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to work with a well-established automotive retailer.

 

Key responsibilities

• Perform accurate and efficient tyre fitment, rotation, balancing and alignment services for customer vehicles

• Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring each customer's needs are met in a timely and professional manner

• Assist with general workshop duties as required, including parts handling and inventory management

• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards

• Actively participate in team meetings and training to continuously develop your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

• Demonstrated experience as a Tyre Fitter or in a similar automotive role

• Strong technical skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve tyre-related issues

• Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to communicate effectively with customers

• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing high-quality work

• Familiarity with automotive tools and equipment

• A current driver's licence and your own reliable transport
