About the Role:

• Lead the Dundas Nursery room with confidence, care, and creativity
• Foster safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environments
• Deliver high-quality programs that inspire curiosity and a love of learning
• Build strong and respectful relationships with families
• Mentor, guide, and support your team of educators
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and exceed expectations

About You:

• You champion children’s voices, empowering their choices and fostering independence.
• You thrive in a team environment – encouraging, collaborating, and uplifting your colleagues.

Requirements:

• A solid understanding of the NQS and EYLF
• WWCC/Blue Card, First Aid, Asthma, Anaphylaxis & Child Protection Training
• Experience as a Room Leader highly regarded, but not essential
• A genuine love for learning and the leadership skills to match
• Cert III and Diploma qualified educators are encouraged to apply
