Key Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations
• Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism
• Collaborate effectively with our warehouse and transport partners to ensure timely delivery to customers across Australia.
• Manage customer orders, enquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency
• Assist with administrative duties including invoicing, preparing customer statements, and entering bills using our Accounting Software.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Previous experience in reception, logistics and accounts receivable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic understanding of Reckon Accounts or similar accounting software.
• A positive attitude and commitment to quality service

Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour

Experience:

• Front desk: 1 year (Preferred)
• general office administration: 1 year (Preferred)
