About the Role:

We’re looking for a hands-on Yard Person (Leading Hand) to join our small team in Karratha, supporting the maintenance, repair, and preparation of modular buildings for hire.

What You'll Be Doing

Complete repairs, maintenance & upgrades on our hire fleet including damaged wall panels, doors, windows, flooring, roofing, and fixtures.Operate forklift to load/unload modules and equipmentInspect, clean & prep buildings so they're ready to go back out for hireHelp coordinate deliveries, pickups, and yard movementsKeep records up to date, accurate and support with stocktakesHandle customer handovers and queriesSupport the Operations Manager to lead the yard crew day-to-day

About You

Current driver’s licenceCurrent Forklift (High Risk) LicenceSolid hands-on maintenance and repair skillsExperience using hand and power tools Basic computer skillsBackground in construction, building, or hire yard work preferredA local Karratha resident (or willing to relocate) with full working rightsA trade qualification in Carpentry, Cabinet Making, or Joinery is desirable but not essential.
