Duraquip is a 100% Australian-owned business dedicated to supplying quality, innovative Transport Equipment solutions for the Transport, Mining, Agricultural, Industrial and Earthmoving Industries.

We are currently looking for a talented and motivated Marketing, Content & Sales Coordinator to join our team.

This is a diverse and hands-on role that sits at the intersection of marketing, content and sales. We're looking for someone who can take technical information and turn it into clear, engaging content that connects with customers - someone who can move comfortably between writing a great story, updating a CRM, preparing a quote and supporting the sales team.

The position can be based at either our Forrestdale or Gnowangerup location.

About the Role

Reporting to the Marketing & Sales Manager, you will support Duraquip's marketing and sales activities across a range of channels and projects.

Your days will be varied, with responsibilities including:

• Creating engaging written content for websites, social media, marketing campaigns and sales materials
• Researching Duraquip's products, projects, customers and target markets
• Identifying stories and opportunities to showcase Duraquip's people, products and projects
• Interviewing internal and external stakeholders and developing strong first drafts
• Writing and coordinating marketing content, including media releases and public relations material
• Coordinating marketing campaigns, digital content and customer communications
• Supporting product launches, promotions and other marketing initiatives
• Maintaining consistent Duraquip branding, tone and messaging across all channels
• Managing and maintaining Duraquip's HubSpot CRM, including sales data and records
• Managing inbound enquiries and assisting with lead follow-up
• Preparing quotes and providing day-to-day sales administration and support
• Assisting with prospect research and selected outbound sales activities
• Working closely with Sales, Marketing and internal teams to gather information and develop content
• Supporting events, customer engagement and other marketing activities as required

About You

We're looking for a strong communicator and capable all-rounder who enjoys taking an idea from concept through to execution.

You'll ideally bring:

• Strong copywriting, editing and proofreading skills
• Experience creating business, marketing, communications or PR content
• The ability to identify a good story and turn information into engaging content
• Experience writing or coordinating media releases and public relations content
• Excellent organisation, responsiveness and follow-through
• Experience with CRM administration and data management
• Confidence dealing with customer enquiries and supporting sales activity
• Experience preparing quotes or providing sales administration support
• The ability to understand technical information and translate it into clear customer benefits
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• The confidence to work with a range of stakeholders and build effective working relationships
• A proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment

It would be advantageous if you also have experience in one or more of the following:

• Manufacturing, engineering, transport, mining or agriculture
• HubSpot CRM
• Graphic design using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar
• SEO, website content management and email marketing
• Coordinating events, photography, video production or external agencies
• Sales prospecting, quoting or customer engagement
• Working with customers in regional or industry-based markets
