Lexus Sales Consultant

As the #1 Lexus dealer for sales volume in Australia 2 years in a row, we are looking for professional, polished and experienced Sales Consultants with track records in achieving sale targets and a flair for building excellent customer relationships. At Lexus of Parramatta, enjoy using your sales experience in a successful and future-focussed team in the heart of Parramatta at one of Sydney’s most experienced and awarded dealerships. This isn't for everyone with a sales background - you have to be self-motivated, customer-oriented, proactive and a great team player.

To be successful in the role you need….

• A minimum of two (2) years of sales or hospitality experience working within a high-volume customer environment (preferably with prestige brands)

• Demonstrated self-motivation and a proven ability to meet sales/KPI targets

• Impeccable presentation & a professional can-do attitude

• Energy & passion for creating positive customer experiences 

• Great organisational, time management and team member skills

• Current NSW driver licence (an ability to drive manual vehicles is preferred)
