CatholicCare Tasmania is seeking an experienced and passionate Practice Lead to join our Housing Connect team in Southern Tasmania.
This is a rewarding opportunity for a highly skilled practitioner who is passionate about strengthening professional practice, building workforce capability, and improving outcomes for individuals, families and communities experiencing vulnerability and disadvantage.
As a recognised practice expert, you will play a pivotal role in shaping high-quality, evidence-informed and person-centred service delivery for individuals and families experiencing homelessness and housing instability.
About the Role
Reporting to the Manager Housing and Homelessness, the Practice Lead provides specialist practice leadership, quality assurance and workforce development across Housing Connect Individualised support services throughout the Southern region. The role delivers leadership through expertise, influence, coaching and collaboration rather than direct line management responsibility.
