• Pay Rates: Competitive EBA Rates + 25% Casual Loading + Penalties
• Roster: Mon to Saturday with Sundays off
• Project Scope: 1st September to 30th October + other outage opportunities!

The Opportunity
Downer’s Energy & Utilities business has opportunities for casual Riggers to join our outage team in at Mt Piper Power Station. You will provide your expertise within an outage environment supporting refurbishment and maintenance activities on cooling tower infrastructure. This will include working collaboratively with supervisors, tradespeople, and project teams as well as general labouring tasks. This is a casual role, and successful candidates will join our casual pool for ongoing work opportunities.

About You

• HRWL – RB/RI/RA
• Drivers Licence
• White Card / Construction Induction
• Working at Heights and Confined Spaces – both completed within last 3 years
• Gas Test Atmospheres and Advances Confined Space Entry – Highly regarded
• Experienced in the safe use of hand tools and equipment required to perform tasks
