We're looking for an experienced Practice Manager or Senior Dental Administrator to join a modern, patient-focused dental practice in Toowoomba. If you're organised, proactive and confident in a leadership role, this could be a great opportunity to grow with a supportive team.


💼 What You'll Be Doing

• Overseeing daily practice operations and workflow
• Managing staff rostering and schedules
• Handling general administration and patient coordination
• Supporting the team to maintain high standards of care
• Liaising with clinicians to ensure efficient appointment flow
• Helping ensure the practice runs smoothly and efficiently

👀 What We're Looking For

• Previous Practice Manager experience or strong dental administration experience with leadership skills
• Confident with staff rostering and organisation
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Proactive and solutions-focused approach
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Experience working within a dental practice
