Senior Contract Administrator - City of Port Phillip

About The Role

The Senior Contract Administrator is responsible for providing key administration support to our Contracts and Operations teams, while overseeing a small Contract Administration team based in our Port Melbourne office.

You will provide critical commercial and contractual support, ensuring strong governance, compliance, and commercial outcomes throughout the City of Port Phillip contract.

Responsibilities include:

• Administrative support to our Operations department and Client Account/Contract Managers
• Accurate data entry of daily works and labour/production tracking spreadsheets
• Mentor & support contract administration team
• Monthly Client Reporting and KPI tracking
• Raising Purchase Orders and Processing invoices within SAP
• Maintaining Green by Nature Integrated Management Systems and digital office filing systems
• Contributing to the collaborative team environment with shared responsibility for managing incoming customer enquiries and effective running of the office

About You

• Min 3 years' experience in contract support with a strong commercial acunem
• Strong computer skills with demonstrated ability to operate and maintain computerised office systems including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
• SAP Business One experience is an advantage but not essential (training provided).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.
• Effective time management and organisational skills including ability to prioritise potentially conflicting activities to achieve the required business outcomes.
