About you To be successful in this role you will be kind, relationship oriented and take pride in your work. You will be able to work as part of an effective team to deliver and support excellent care. You must have: Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent Experience providing personal care experience, preferably in a residential setting Availability to work min. 5 shifts/fortnight morning or evening weekday shifts (Monday to Friday)  Willingness to undergo a National Police Check and provide proof of the right to work in Australia  You will be able to: Work cooperatively as part of a team and follow instructions from appropriate supervisor Effectively manage time and organise workload Use an electronic documentation system and undertake documentation Comply with Vasey RSL Care’s infection prevention and control procedures including bare below the elbows policy and to wear clothing compatible with safe manual handling requirements of the role We recognise the rich diversity of people across Australia.
