About the Role
In this role you'll provide safe, compassionate, informative and high-quality care, working with vulnerable patients to give them lifesaving treatments. This is a rewarding role where you can be involved in people’s lives, not just their illnesses.
You'll provide information, manage complex cancer symptoms and treatment side-effects, as well as offering support emotionally through understanding, encouragement and respect.

Where you'll be working
The new early phase clinical trial unit at Royal North Shore Hospital - North Star Van Norton Poche Centre.
What you'll be doing
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with individual/s and the greater health care team to achieve quality patient care outcome.
As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to care for patients with complex health needs while contributing to new innovative clinical trials and advancing cancer care. Working within this supportive and collaborative environment, you will have the opportunity to further develop your clinical skills and expand your knowledge in cancer care areas.
