The Role
Prepare and present high-quality meals in accordance with recipes, menu specifications and food safety standards.
Manage a designated kitchen section, ensuring consistency, quality and efficient service delivery.
Assist with menu preparation, food production, menu development and daily kitchen operations.
Support and mentor junior kitchen team members, promoting a positive and professional work environment.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and HACCP compliance at all times.
Receive, store and rotate stock correctly, ensuring all food is handled and stored safely.
Monitor stock levels, minimise waste and contribute to effective inventory control.
Work collaboratively with the broader team to deliver exceptional catering services and customer experiences.
