With Viva Energy Australia’s national footprint and OTR’s history of industry-leading innovation, there has never been a more exciting time to join the OTR Group as we set out to redefine the retail landscape in Australia.  The Role:An exciting opportunity is available for an Ecommerce Specialist to join our Commerce & Platforms team. This is a senior, hands-on role with broad scope across our ecommerce sites and apps, supporting trading, merchandising, campaigns, optimisation and organic growth across our diverse retail brands. You Will Provide: Support day-to-day trading across ecommerce sites and apps, optimising the online experience to drive sales, conversion, AOV and revenue. Execute promotions, campaigns and trading activity accurately and on time across multiple brands and platforms. Drive ecommerce and app growth through improved discoverability, content, UX, CRO, engagement and acquisition. Lead SEO strategy across our brands, including technical SEO, structured data, schema and content optimisation. Develop strategies to improve how our content is surfaced and cited in AI-generated search results and emerging AI discovery platforms. Support website and app content across brands, working with content, development and marketplace teams to deliver changes. Deliver regular trading insights and translate data into clear priorities and actions that improve conversion, AOV and revenue. Identify new commercial opportunities, including monetisation and retail media opportunities. Conduct audits, testing and optimisation activities to continuously improve digital performance. About You: Strong experience across ecommerce trading, merchandising and online commercial performance. Hands-on SEO experience, with the technical depth to lead SEO strategy and execution. Experience working across both ecommerce websites and apps. A commercial mindset with a strong focus on sales, conversion, revenue and customer experience. A test-and-learn mindset with the ability to turn data and insights into practical actions. Experience with structured data, schema, technical SEO at scale, ecommerce platforms, CMS or online marketplaces will be highly regarded.
