Roof Plumber Team Leader – Residential Roofing

JLR Roofing is a growing residential roofing business servicing all areas of Adelaide. We have a great young team, plenty of quality work, and a strong reputation for quality, workmanship and attention to detail.

As we continue to expand, we’re looking for an experienced Roof Plumber / Roofer to step into a Team Leader role and lead a crew on a full-time basis.

This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, has strong leadership skills and wants to be part of a growing business with plenty of opportunity to develop.

The Role

As a Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for leading a small crew while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Your experience should include:

• Domestic roofing

• Fascia and gutter installation

• Roof laying and repairs

• Flashing and waterproofing

• Leading and working alongside a team

• Training and passing on your knowledge to team members

• Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail

What We’re Looking For

The successful applicant will have:

• 3+ years’ experience in domestic roofing / roof plumbing

• Strong knowledge of fascia, guttering, flashing and roof installation

• The ability to lead, train and motivate a crew

• A high attention to detail and pride in your workmanship

• The ability to work well within a team or independently

• A great attitude and strong work ethic

• Your own reliable transport

• Your own tools (some tools can be provided)

• A current White Card

• Working at Heights and EWP tickets are preferred but not essential
