Aftersales Support Officer

Arisit is an Australian owned company with exclusive distribution of a range of appliance brands, ranging from laundry and cooking appliances to state-of-the-art electronics from around the world, including Europe, USA and Asia.

About The Role 

Reporting to the Service Operations Manager, you will be a key member of the after-sales team, providing technical support and spare parts expertise to customers, service agents, and technicians. You will be responsible for conducting pre-assessments of appliance service enquiries, identifying and interpreting spare parts requirements, processing parts orders, and assisting with technical and product-related enquiries.

You will;

• Provide technical pre-assessment support for appliance service enquiries.
• Identify and interpret spare parts requirements using exploded diagrams, parts manuals, and technical documentation.
• Assist customers and service agents in identifying the correct replacement parts.
• Process spare parts orders accurately and efficiently using internal systems.
• Respond to enquiries regarding parts availability, pricing, and product information.
• Support fault diagnosis and determine likely parts required before technician attendance.
• Coordinate with customers, technicians, and service agents to facilitate efficient repairs.
• Maintain accurate records and updates within CRM and business systems.
• Provide ongoing updates on parts orders, deliveries, and service progress.
• Collaborate with internal departments to achieve positive customer outcomes.

About You

You are a customer-focused and technically minded professional who enjoys solving problems and delivering exceptional service. You are comfortable working independently and as part of a team, possess strong computer literacy, and can quickly learn new systems and processes. Experience within the appliance, whitegoods, automotive, manufacturing, or related industries will be highly regarded.

You will also have;

• Ability to read and interpret parts manuals, exploded diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Previous customer service experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, organisational, and time management skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong computer literacy and confidence learning new systems and processes.
• Experience using CRM, Dynamics, or similar business systems is highly regarded.
• Previous experience in technical support, or after-sales support will be advantageous.
