About The Role

Provide friendly and efficient reception serviceAssist patients in the selection of optical frames taking into account lifestyle and physical needsRecommend use of ancillary products (e.g. contact lens care products).Support other team members in the achievement of practice goals and objectives including (but not limited to) processing Medicare, health fund payments, credits / warranties, entering stock, jobs due report, debtor’s management and stock takesMaintain a high level of housekeeping in the practice including overall presentation and cleanliness

About You

Effective communication and customer service skills both in person and over the phoneTeam focused alongside independent workStrong organizational skills and ability to problem solvePositive and energetic attitudeExperience in the optical industry is preferred, however for those eager to take on a new career we are willing to developAvailable to work 8hrs/week
