Punch Lane Wine Bar, a Melbourne institution is looking for a section waiter to join the team.

The role

We’re looking for someone to run a section on the floor — the ideal candidate reads a table well, takes care with the detail, knows and loves service and enjoys the work. You’ll have a supportive kitchen and FOH team behind you. Open Tuesday to Sunday, the role is mainly evenings. Must be available Friday and Saturday nights.

You’ll have

At least 18 months as a section waiter in a venue of similar standard. Prior supervisory or management experience is a plus, as is sound wine knowledge and service. We want a team player who doesn’t take themselves too seriously, but takes the work seriously.
