About the role

As a Flooring Colour Consultant at Carpet Call QLD, you will play a vital role in helping our customers find the perfect flooring solutions for their new homes. This full-time position is based in one of our partner builder's showroom in Brisbane South, QLD, offering the opportunity to work within a dynamic and creative environment.

What you'll be doing

• Consult with customers to understand their flooring needs, preferences and design goals

• Provide expert advice on the latest flooring trends, materials and installation options

• Demonstrate product features and benefits to help customers make informed purchasing decisions

• Collaborate with the design team to create custom flooring solutions tailored to the customer's vision

• Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay informed on industry developments

What we're looking for

• "Willing to learn" attitude.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, understand and meet customer needs

• A creative and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to think outside the box

• Familiarity with different flooring materials, installation techniques and industry standards is desirable but not essential.
