We're on the lookout for experienced Traffic Controllers, Team Leaders, TMA Drivers and Tunnel Traffic Controllers to join our Sydney-based team in Rydalmere and help deliver high-quality outcomes for key infrastructure and utility clients.

Due to recent major project wins and an exciting growth phase, we are looking for the best in the industry to come join our growing team and work on some of the biggest projects in Sydney.

• Underground Tunnel Inducted Traffic Controllers - Previous experience ideally.
• Experienced Leading Hands - Asphalt projects - Take home vehicles for the right candidates.
• Experienced TMA Drivers - Take home TMA for the right candidates.
• Experienced Traffic Controllers - Asphalt projects.
• Motorway & Tunnel Traffic Controllers - Previous experience essential.

Required Tickets and Qualifications:

• Valid General Construction Induction (White) Card.
• Valid TCR (Traffic Controller) & IMP (Implement Traffic Control Plans) Card.
• Valid PWZ (Prepare Work Zone Traffic Management Plan) Card - Team Leaders Only.
• Operate TMA Ticket - TMA Drivers only.
• Medium Rigid (MR) or Heavy Rigid (HR) License - TMA Drivers only.
• Flexibility regarding rostering of shifts.
• Current Australian Driver's License (must be willing and able to drive).
• Previous, proven experience as a Traffic Controller.

Highly Desirable:

• Excellent work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills with a polite, courteous manner.
• Initiative with willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Fit Test (Tunnel).
• Own Gum Boots and Cap lamp (Tunnel).
