Love Tilly Group is seeking a talented Baker to join our team at Fabbrica Bread Shop in Rozelle. As part of the bakery team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences and supporting the overall operations of our kitchen.

What You’ll Be DoingMaintaining consistency and quality across all products
Shaping, mixing and baking a variety of dough. Must be proficient with making Sourdough.
Working closely with our kitchen and retail teams to meet daily production needs
Managing stock rotation, ingredient prep, and ensuring a clean, safe workspace
Bringing ideas, creativity, and a sense of pride to everything you bake
Previous experience as a baker
A passion for quality ingredients, precision, and traditional techniques
Strong attention to detail and time management
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a small, dynamic team
Early riser attitude and commitment to consistency
A supportive and collaborative work environment that values work-life balance.
