We are currently recruiting for a Fixed Term Part-Time Hospital Coordinator (0.4EFT Permanent and 0.3 EFT, contract till 30th June 2027) and Casual Hospital Coordinator opportunities at Epworth Freemasons.
Reporting to the Clinical Operations Manager - Freemasons, this leadership role is responsible for coordinating daily hospital operations, supporting clinical teams, and ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, effective communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic healthcare environment.
As a Hospital Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating daily and afterhours hospital operations, acting as a key point of contact between clinical and administrative teams. You will help ensure efficient patient flow, support operational excellence, emergency management and contribute to the delivery of outstanding healthcare services.
