Senior Hair Stylist

The Little Salon Mosman is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced, professional, and reliable stylist to join our warm, welcoming, and encouraging salon environment.

We’re looking for someone who is confident in their craft, has excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for making clients look and feel their best.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing high-quality cutting, colouring, styling and finishing services

• Consulting with clients to understand their individual style, hair goals and needs

• Delivering personalised recommendations and professional hair care advice

• Building and maintaining strong, loyal client relationships

• Maintaining a high standard of client care and professionalism

• Keeping up-to-date with current techniques, trends and products

• Working collaboratively with and supporting other members of the salon team

• Contributing to the warm, welcoming, and positive atmosphere of The Little Salon.
