About the opportunity
As Client Account Manager, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients while identifying opportunities to increase revenue and support client retention.

This is a customer-focused, revenue-generating role where your ability to understand each client’s needs, resolve concerns and recommend suitable solutions will be central to your success.

You will work closely with clients to ensure they continue to gain value from the platform, while introducing additional products, services and functionality that can support their business.

Your responsibilities will include

• Building rapport with clients and proactively developing long-term relationships.
• Managing a portfolio of new and existing business clients.
• Understanding each client’s needs and matching them with suitable solutions.
• Achieving agreed inbound and outbound activity targets.
• Identifying opportunities to upsell additional products, services and functionality.
• Providing clients with online demonstrations and overviews of additional platform capabilities.
• Responding to client concerns promptly and professionally.
• Exploring the reasons behind cancellation requests and working to retain clients where appropriate.
• Maintaining accurate client information, opportunities and forecasts within the CRM.
• Contributing to revenue growth, client satisfaction and retention targets.

About you

To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally bring:

• Experience in B2B account management, sales or customer service.
• Previous experience within SaaS, software or technology, which would be highly regarded.
• A demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Sales experience, including identifying opportunities and managing a pipeline.
• Experience preparing or contributing to sales forecasts.
• Confidence handling objections and resolving client concerns.
• The ability to understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A curious mindset and the ability to learn new products and systems quickly.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.
• Experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform, which would be advantageous.
