As our clinic continues to grow, we're looking for another exceptional naturopath to join our Discovery Team.

About the Role

This is a warm consultative sales role.

You'll speak with people who have already enquired about our services and booked a Discovery Call because they're actively seeking help.

Your role is to:

• Understand their health concerns.

• Build rapport and trust.

• Determine whether our clinic is the right fit.

• Explain our approach.

• Help them commit to their health journey by booking an Initial Consultation.

About You

You're a qualified naturopath who enjoys helping people make important decisions.

You understand that the best salespeople don't talk the most—they listen the best.

You're naturally curious, ask thoughtful questions and quickly build rapport.

You don't see sales as convincing people to buy something they don't need.

You see it as helping the right person take action when you genuinely believe your clinic can improve their life.

You'll thrive in this role if you:

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct Discovery Calls with warm enquiries.

• Build rapport and identify each patient's goals and challenges.

• Determine whether they're the right fit for our clinic.

• Educate patients on The Lucy Rose Clinic's approach.

• Convert enquiries into Initial Consultations.

• Manage follow-up calls and ongoing communication.

• Maintain accurate CRM records.

• Achieve agreed booking and conversion KPIs.

• Work closely with our practitioners and patient support team.

Essential Requirements

• Degree-qualified Naturopath.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Exceptional listening skills.

• Confident on the phone.

• Comfortable working towards KPIs and sales targets.

• Strong emotional intelligence.

• Highly organised.

• Positive, resilient and coachable.

Highly Desirable

• Previous consultative sales experience.

• Appointment setting or discovery call experience.

• High-ticket sales experience.

• Natural Health Shop Sales

• Telehealth experience.

• Experience using CRM systems.
