Program Activity Officer

• Develop and maintain consumer care plans.
• Provide customer/client wellbeing support.
• Deliver scheduled program activities in a centre-based environment
• Supervise clients.
• Other duties specified by the supervisor/manager.

     What are we seeking in our new team members:

• Certificate III (Health & Leisure or similar)
• Driver License (Class C – NSW)

This is a part-time job, working as below:

• Monday – 8 hours as rostered
• Tuesday – 8 hours as rostered

A salary of $40.52 per hour (excluding superannuation), paid weekly. Opportunities for training to keep your skills up to date. An opportunity for bonus payments and to participate in wellbeing initiatives and benefits available to staff through our EBA and other programs.
