Job Opportunity: Community Liaison Officer

Are you passionate about working with community and building strong, respectful relationships with Aboriginal organisations? Job Pathways is seeking a Community Liaison Officer to support meaningful engagement with Aboriginal communities and help strengthen employment pathways across the East Kimberley region.
This rewarding role plays a key part in strengthening community connections, promoting culturally safe engagement, and supporting individuals to access employment and support services.
About the Role
As a Community Liaison Officer, you will work closely with the community, jobseekers, and Job Pathways staff to foster positive relationships and improve access to employment opportunities and support services.
You will act as a trusted community representative, supporting culturally appropriate communication, identifying community needs, and helping jobseekers overcome barriers to employment.
