Stellarossa Chuwar Drive Thru

As part of the Stellarossa team, you’ll play an important role in creating a great experience for every customer.

Our team members are expected to be friendly, reliable, hardworking and willing to work as part of a team. You may be required to assist across different areas of the café and drive-thru, so being an all-rounder is highly regarded.

You will be responsible for preparing and cooking food in accordance with Stellarossa recipes and quality standards, including:

• Breakfast dishes

• Burgers

• Salads and wraps

• Lunch meals

• Sandwiches and other café menu items

• Maintaining food quality, presentation and consistency

• Following food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety standards

• Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and efficient

Experience:

Ideally 12 months–2 years of kitchen experience. Previous café all-rounder experience is highly regarded.

We are looking for enthusiastic Baristas who can deliver consistently high-quality coffee and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing quality coffee and espresso beverages

• Preparing cold drinks

• Preparing sandwiches, breakfast and basic lunch items

• Taking customer orders

• Providing friendly and efficient customer service

• Maintaining a clean and organised work area

• Assisting other areas of the café when required

Experience:
Ideally 12 months–2 years of barista/café or kitchen experience. All-rounder experience is highly regarded.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience in a busy café environment.

You will assist with:

• Customer service

• Taking orders

• Food preparation

• Cleaning and maintaining the café

• Assisting the kitchen and front-of-house team

• Drive-thru customer service

• Other general café duties

• No previous experience required for suitable junior applicants

As we operate a busy drive-thru location, successful applicants may be required to:

• Take customer orders using a drive-thru headset

• Serve customers efficiently and professionally

• Assist with food and beverage preparation

• Work across front-of-house and kitchen areas

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards

• Support other team members during busy periods

Being flexible and willing to work as an all-rounder is highly regarded.

Early morning availability, weekend availability and reliability are essential.

We are looking for team members who can provide good availability and flexibility, particularly during busy periods, weekends and peak trading times.
