SUMMARY/SCOPE/GOAL Learn all aspects of cafeteria operation and management. QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION AND RELEVANT EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: REQUIRED: • High School diploma or equivalent required. • Two (2) years’ experience in school food service or related work. • Satisfactory score on test administered by school District. • Successful completion of the following courses: Introduction to Brevard School Food Service, Equipment Use and Care, Quantity Foods, and Organization and Management (coursework must be completed within one year of appointment to position). PREFERRED/DESIRED: CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES/TRAINING: REQUIRED: • Valid Florida Driver’s license.
