TasNetworks is seeking a Project Controls Officer Specialist to join our Transmission Customer and Growth team and play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of Tasmania’s growing and complex transmission connection portfolio.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity and turning data into meaningful insights. You’ll work closely with Connections Managers and teams across Finance, Engineering, Procurement and Delivery to establish and maintain robust project baselines, budgets, forecasts, performance measures and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Working alongside the Program Control Specialist, you’ll also help uplift digital systems, data and processes, ensuring our project controls are practical, consistent and aligned with customer needs, regulatory requirements, governance standards and industry best practice.
You’ll build strong stakeholder relationships, understand business requirements and translate them into effective controls, reporting and ways of working. Your analysis will provide greater visibility of project performance, pipeline health, risks, opportunities and emerging issues, supporting better decision-making across the portfolio.
