Company Secretary, ASX Listed

Company Secretarial position working for a professional services firm and market leader across the Asia Pacific region. This role will support a portfolio of clients both listed and unlisted companies and not for profit entities. Excellent opportunity to join a large and experienced team with a wealth of corporate secretarial and governance knowledge.
Reporting into Head of Corporate Services you will provide advice and assistance to clients on a range of matters including corporate governance, board practices, compliance with ASX listing rules, continuous disclosure, and financial reporting. You will coordinate, attend and minute board meetings with full project management of shareholder meetings.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of work experience and demonstrable knowledge of the Corporations Act, ASX listing rules, ASIC and internal company requirements. You must have proactive relationship management as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. It is also essential to be able to prioritise and manage multiple stakeholders and tasks and be able to work autonomously with a high level of initiative. The team is remote working and would consider candidates from East Coast states.
