About The Role
In this role, you will support our ANZ Supply operations by executing health, safety and environmental compliance activities across multiple sites. This is a hands-on role focused on ensuring HSE systems, controls and standards are effectively implemented, verified and sustained in day-to-day operations, while helping our teams maintain safe, compliant and environmentally responsible workplaces.
Key Responsibilities Include
Support environmental compliance across areas including wastewater, stormwater, waste management, chemical storage and licence obligations. Conduct site inspections, compliance checks and audits to verify adherence to HSE legislation, company standards and critical risk controls. Track, monitor and close out audit findings, corrective actions, inspections and compliance activities across ANZ sites. Maintain accurate HSE records, reporting, registers and compliance documentation to ensure audit readiness and data integrity. Support incident investigations, compliance training and frontline engagement to reinforce safe and environmentally responsible behaviours.
About You
You are a detail-oriented HSE professional who enjoys being out on site, working closely with frontline teams and helping translate compliance requirements into practical actions. With a strong understanding of safety and environmental obligations, you proactively identify risks, follow through on corrective actions and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
To Succeed In This Role, You'll Bring
A Diploma in Environmental Science, Work Health & Safety or a related discipline. Degree is highly desirable. 2-5 years' experience in HSE, environmental compliance or WHS roles. Demonstrated experience conducting inspections, audits and incident investigations. Strong knowledge of Australian and New Zealand environmental and WHS legislation. Excellent organisational, stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with a practical, hands-on approach to supporting operational teams.
