Production Worker

Location: Stapylton, QLD
Hourly Rate: $34–$35 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday – 6:00am–2:30pm 

Our client, a leading window & door manufacturer, is seeking a reliable and hands-on Production Operator to join their fast paced factory team. This role suits someone with warehouse or manufacturing experience who is comfortable with manual handling and enjoys working in a physically active environment, a forklift licence and white card would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembling parts for doors and windows
• Following production instructions 
• Picking and preparing windows and doors for dispatch
• Maintaining stock control and inventory accuracy
• General warehouse duties, including use of manual tools and problem-solving on the floor

Skills & Experience:

• Experience in production and assembly
• Strong attention to detail, particularly with documentation
• Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced setting
• Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting
