Field Sales Representative – Education & Early Learning

Winslow Education is a fast-growing Australian supplier of Art & Craft materials, operating two specialist brands — Digby (schools) and Marmadukes (early learning) — supplying schools and early learning centres nationwide. With a strong growth trajectory and an expanding national footprint, this is an exciting time to join the business.

We're looking for an ambitious, self-driven sales professional to join us in a field-based role, growing new business across South Australia by building relationships face-to-face with childcare centres and schools.

About the Role

You'll spend most of your time on the road, visiting childcare centres, early learning services, and schools across South Australia — introducing our product range, building relationships with decision-makers, and winning new business. Reporting to the Managing Director, your territory covers:

• Long day care centres and early learning services

• Primary and secondary schools

• Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) providers

• Local networks, clusters, and community education groups

You'll be the face of Winslow Education in SA — opening doors, building trust, and converting prospects into long-term customers.

About You

• A self-starter who can manage your own diary, territory, and pipeline

• Experience selling into childcare centres, early learning services, and/or schools,ideally educational resources, art & craft materials, stationery — or a strong B2B sales background selling to this audience via an adjacent category

• A track record of hitting new business targets

• Confident presenting face-to-face to centre directors, principals, and business managers

• Comfortable being out on the road rather than desk-based

• A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel across the region
