About the role
Join Ramsay Health Care Australia at an exciting time of continued growth across our Payor Relations function. As we continue to strengthen our partnerships with health funds and public sector stakeholders, there is an opportunity for an additional legal resource to support the team across its growing portfolio of commercial and strategic matters. As part of our Legal team, you’ll be a trusted advisor to the Payor Relations function, providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice across complex contracting, regulatory and stakeholder matters. Working closely with senior leaders, you’ll help shape key commercial decisions that support Ramsay’s continued growth and the delivery of high-quality healthcare nationwide. This is a highly visible role where you’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, commercial outcomes and risk, partnering with a high-performing team and having the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the Ramsay network.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll act as a true business partner to the Payor Relations function, providing strategic and commercially focused legal advice as the team continues to expand and strengthen Ramsay’s relationships with health funds and public sector partners. You’ll work across complex and commercially significant matters, helping the business move opportunities forward while ensuring appropriate legal and regulatory risk is understood and managed.
