We are currently seeking highly capable Senior Consultants with experience across technology, strategy and transformation to support critical engagements across our key clients.

In this role, you'll work alongside ASX-listed organisations, contributing to strategic initiatives, enterprise-wide change and business-critical outcomes that deliver measurable value.

This is a fast-paced, high-impact opportunity suited to someone who can confidently navigate both technical and business environments, engaging stakeholders and turning complex requirements into practical solutions.

We are looking for Senior Consultants to join our growing teams across Sydney and Brisbane, initially on a 6-month max-term contract with the potential for extension.

Conduct transformation assessments with a focus on technology enablement and process improvementLead and contribute to technology rationalisation or enhancement initiatives across enterprise systemsAnalyse large, complex datasets and synthesise insights to support strategic recommendationsDevelop clear, compelling presentations to communicate findings and future-state process designs to stakeholdersDesign and articulate future-state operating models and process improvements aligned with business goalsWork closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organisational change objectivesUnderstand business and change initiatives and translate them into clear actions and deliverablesQuickly turn around high-quality deliverables, including executive-ready PowerPoint decks and Excel-based analysesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support delivery planning, governance and reporting activities.

About you:

Proven consulting experience delivering business and technology transformation outcomesStrong background in Business Process, Change, or Organisation TransformationDemonstrated experience in technology transformation and/or rationalisation in complex organisationsExcellent analytical skills; comfortable working with large datasets (advanced Excel required)Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to structure a narrative and create executive-level presentationsExperience in future-state process design and operating model developmentAbility to quickly digest and simplify complex information into actionable insightsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsExperience in future-state process design and operating model development
