Creative Assistant

Established in 2013 and based in Sydney, Australia, White Fox has quickly become the go-to online fashion destination and is continuing to take over wardrobes everywhere.

Due to rapid growth we are looking for a Creative Assistant to join our team located in Rosebery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting on set & with shoot production for in-house content, e-commerce shoots & campaigns.
• Responsible for the preparation and organisation of stock for all shoots (including preparing runsheets, rail prep and steaming).
• Responsible for end-to-end sample management (pre and post shoot).
• Communicating with other departments regarding shoot requirements/ stock deadlines and styling preferences.
• Responsible for post-production image coordination, filing and editing for in-house content, e-comm and campaign shoots, ensuring online product deadlines are met.
• Assisting with creative concepting and completing trend research for in-house content and e-commerce shoots.
• Working closely with the wider team to coordinate ghosting product shoots and sample management.

• Social savvy, highly creative and driven with a passion for content creation
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Strong time management skills with the ability to work creatively under pressure
• Content creation abilities utilising apps & softwares
• Ability to take direction to ensure brand alignment
• Styling skills and interest/ knowledge of trends/ fashion industry
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (in particular Photoshop + Lightroom) preferred but not required
• Valid Australian drivers license
