About the Role

This isn't just about running a store—it's about creating an experience.

As Store Manager, you'll inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service while helping women find swimwear that makes them feel confident and beautiful. You'll lead from the front, coach your team to success and create a welcoming environment that reflects the warmth and authenticity of the BAKU brand.

You'll have ownership of your business, driving sales, developing your people and ensuring every customer leaves with an experience they'll remember.

Your Day-to-Day

* Lead, inspire and develop a passionate retail team

* Drive sales performance and achieve KPIs

* Recruit, coach and develop future retail leaders

* Manage rosters, wages and store operations

* Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards

About You

You'll be a passionate retail leader who loves developing people just as much as delivering results.
