As a Barista at Esprit Noir & Le Rivage, you are the curator of exceptional coffee experiences, delighting guests with your skill, attention to detail, and genuine warmth. Every beverage you craft from a perfectly balanced espresso to a refreshing specialty drink reflects elegance, care, and the artistry synonymous with luxury hospitality.

You will create a welcoming and inviting atmosphere, turning every visit into a moment of comfort and indulgence. With a passion for your craft, you will confidently prepare a wide range of beverages, continually expanding your knowledge to ensure every offering exceeds expectations.

Qualifications

About You

You bring a genuine passion for creating memorable coffee experiences, combining skill, care, and attention to detail in every cup. Experienced in coffee brewing techniques, including espresso extraction, milk steaming, and tea preparation, you delight guests with consistency and elegance.

Confident and personable, you thrive in roles involving direct guest interaction, using your exceptional communication skills to create warm, inviting connections. Proficient with coffee machines, grinders, and barista tools, you work seamlessly within a dynamic team, contributing to a polished, collaborative, and luxurious service environment.

Your energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm ensure every guest leaves with not just a beverage, but a moment of indulgence that reflects the signature elegance of Sofitel.

You are fexible and dependable, you embrace a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays to deliver service that is both sophisticated and safe, reflecting the true essence of luxury hospitality.

You hold a current RSA certificate to ensure every service is delivered safely, elegantly, and to the highest standard of care, and hold full Australian working rights, allowing you to work with us without restriction.
